Gather around the table for collectively-crafted meals and food stories.
Cook in community. Each week, participants will be guided by a guest chef, food worker, and those creating change within our foodways who will center each class around the rhythms of rest and dormancy.
We’ll center ourselves around collectively-crafted meal, cooking with and following the origin stories of various root vegetables, cold-storage crops, and preserved herbs–gathered together around the table.
